STAFF Christopher
Jahnle, ASA Mr. Jahnle co-founded Haverford Capital Advisors, Inc. in 1994. Prior to forming Haverford, he was a Vice President of The Manufacturers' Appraisal Company where he co-headed the firm's financial valuation and merger and acquisition advisory activities. During his career as a valuation expert, he has valued over 1,400 business entities in numerous industries, throughout the United States and in other countries, with a total value exceeding $50 billion. Mr. Jahnle has initiated and closed numerous M&A transactions, where he has primarily represented the seller, and is currently advising business owners in a number of pending transactions. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences on valuation issues, mergers and acquisitions, and industry trends. He has published articles in industry publications and published a number of industry reports circulated periodically to thousands of business owners. Mr. Jahnle holds a BS in Commerce and Engineering Sciences and an MS in Taxation both from Drexel University. He has been a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers, designated in the specialty of business valuations, for the past fifteen years. A. Rebane, ASA, CFA Mr. Rebane co-founded Haverford Capital Advisors, Inc. in 1994. Prior to the formation of Haverford, he served as a Vice President of The Manufacturers' Appraisal Company where he co-headed the firm's financial valuation and merger and acquisition advisory activities. During his career as a valuation expert, he has valued over 1,400 business entities in numerous industries, throughout the United States and in other countries, with a total value exceeding $50 billion. Mr. Rebane has testified and directed the preparation of valuation projects in numerous litigation support actions. Mr. Rebane has initiated and closed numerous M&A transactions, and is currently advising business owners in a number of pending transactions. Mr. Rebane is a regular speaker at industry conferences on valuation issues, industry trends, and mergers and acquisitions. He has published articles in industry publications, and published and edited a number of industry reports circulated periodically to thousands of business owners. Mr. Rebane holds a BA in Statistics from Dartmouth College, as well as an MS in Finance from Drexel University. He has been a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers, designated in the specialty of business valuations, for more than fifteen years, and is a former member of the International Board of Examiners of the ASA. P. Mitchell , ASA, CFA Mr. Mitchell is a Senior Manager with Haverford and has been with the Company since June, 1998. During that time, he has had experience with a variety of valuation and M&A assignments. Prior to joining Haverford, Mr. Mitchell was an officer in the Treasury Department of CoreStates Financial Corporation, where he participated in numerous corporate finance transactions, involving the management of both debt and equity capital. Prior to these responsibilities, Mr. Mitchell worked for several years in CoreStates’ middle market lending group where he gained exposure to a wide range of small to medium-sized businesses. He holds a B.A. from Gettysburg College and an M.B.A. in finance from LaSalle University. Mr. Mitchell is a member of the American Society of Appraisers in business valuation. Mr. Mitchell is also a member of various professional organizations, including the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute, the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia, the Bucks County Estate Planning Council, and the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council. I. Rose, III Mr. Rose is a Senior Manager with Haverford and has been actively providing a broad variety of valuation services to clients for over eight years. During that time, he has had experience with a variety of valuation and M&A assignments. Prior to joining Haverford, Mr. Rose was the Philadelphia Regional Director of Valuation Services for Grant Thornton, LLP. During his tenure at Grant Thornton, Mr. Rose managed numerous engagements involving purchase price allocations, fairness opinions, intangible assets, and estate and gift tax related valuations. Mr. Rose holds a B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. in finance from LaSalle University. Mr. Rose is a Candidate for the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation of the American Society of Appraisers. He is also a member of the ESOP Association. Joseph M.
Morris Mr. Morris is currently a Senior Associate with Haverford and has been with the Company since September, 2000. During that time, he has had experience with a variety of valuation and M&A assignments. Prior to joining Haverford, Mr. Morris worked as a Management Consultant at Smart & Associates, LLP, where he completed financial analysis and accounting projects for a variety of industries, including the preparation of monthly financial statements and the compiling of year-end reports. Mr. Morris is currently a Candidate Member of the American Society of Appraisers and is actively involved in that organization’s continuing education programs. Mr. Morris holds a B.S. in Accounting from Cabrini College where he graduated Cum Laude, and an M.B.A. in finance from Temple University's The Fox School of Business and Management.
